Biz Systems Renovation
The Biz Systems Renovation is where you describe what your dream business looks and feels like, and then I design and implement 1-2 of the most critical systems (and their processes) that make that dream a reality.
These renovations are customized projects that are built in Asana* and based on your particular needs, organizational style and desired outcome.
The design and implementation of these systems can be done in just a few days which allows you to be up and running quickly. This is followed by a 6-week support period that allows us to tweak and modify your systems based on real-time usage and maximum efficiency.
This is perfect for the entrepreneur who wants an expert to step, get them all set up so they can just pick up the reins and get to work!

Creating the biz hub
Step one
We kick-off with a 1 hour call where we install an Admin Hub in Asana that helps us to map out your entire business digitally. It also serves as the jumping off point for designing the business system(s) you need.
Design & Build of system
step two
Working in Asana we will design & implement the biz system with all the processes and supporting resources. This is done is 2-3 design sessions that are 90 mins long. We will also upload 1-3 of your existing projects to ensure you're fully set up to start working.
Support
Period
step three
A support period of 6 weeks will commence once the design sessions are completed. You will receive weekly check-ins and have access to me for any tweaks to the systems that we deem necessary.
