Biz Systems Dream Build
If you've got an idea for a new service, a new product, or a whole NEW BUSINESS and you want to create the systems and processes that are going to take your idea from dream to reality then the Biz Systems Dream Build is perfect for you!
We will spend six (6) months co-creating the business operational framework and resources required to successfully launch and run your business.
During our monthly Strategy Sessions, you will fully participate in the design and implementation of your systems and will be fully trained on how to handle your customized operations. The design will feel natural and intuitive, but will also accommodate onboarding and managing future team members within the framework.
Asana will be the epicenter for the system design but you will receive support with the selection and implementation of the tools & resources necessary for the smooth operation of your business.
We will aim to have you up and running within 2-3 months to give me time to be available to support you and troubleshoot any problems after everything has gone live.
